We are wired for connection
OVER THE past 20-plus years that I have been a social worker it has become clear that the key to overcoming so many of life’s challenges is connection.
Connection and attachment are something that human brains are wired to seek. And it has often been something that we have taken for granted – until COVID-19 reminded us how important it is, and how quickly things can change.
